Fried Chicken Liver
Fried chicken liver is delicious and indulgent. Enjoy!
1 lb chicken liver
2 Tbs. oil
1 Tbs. marjoram
4-5 finely sliced bacon
pinch of salt
Place sliced bacon in skillet and fry until golden. Add sliced onions and marjoram frying until tender. Remove bacon and onion. In the same pan, add liver after rolling in flour. Fry liver 3-4 minutes on a side until juices run clear. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve with cooked rice and fresh bread.
