Our Guide To The Perfect Christmas Dinner.
Christmas dinner will likely look different this year. For many families, 2020 has been a balancing act of prioritizing safety and health while maintaining meaningful relationships. Whether you’re social distancing from grandparents or newborn babies or gathering together in the spirit of the season, we trust you’re doing what is best for you and your family. Our Christmas dinner ideas will carry you through the holiday season and into the New Year.
An Intimate Dinner For Two To Four
Just because your Christmas is small doesn’t mean it can’t be special. Our lamb chops sizzled in garlic are the perfect main course for your table. With just simple seasoning, fresh garlic, and high-quality lamb, you can assemble a restaurant-worthy meal in a flash. Serve with roasted potatoes and a bright green salad with a sharp vinaigrette.
Serving Dinner To A Crowd
Serving a ham at Christmas is a wonderful Virginia tradition. Depending on the size that you purchase, you can feed up to 15 people with one of our sugar cured or uncured hams. Remember to soak and rinse your ham before cooking to remove the excess salt used in our all-natural curing process. Serve ham with pineapple, corn pudding and brussel sprouts for a dinner you’ll remember.
Celebrate The Reason For The Season.
Each Christmas season, we celebrate the birth of Jesus 2,000 years ago. The life and hope that he has brought into the world provide the underlying motivation to do what we do to the best of our ability. This Christmas, we’re glad for the opportunity to contribute to our community and customers with high-quality, Non-GMO meats and feed. We invite you to connect with us on Facebook and Instagram and tell us what you’re doing for Christmas dinner this year.
