3 lb. chicken fryer (substitute with drumsticks, leg-quarters, or thighs)
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbs. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp curry powder
hot cooked rice
Cut up chicken and place in baking pan (skin side up). Combine remaining ingredient and pour over chicken. Bake at 350* for 1 1/4 hours or until tender, basting with pan juices every 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
