Sausage gravy is the perfect breakfast after a morning of work on our family farm. It’s filling, warm, and scrumptious with biscuits or waffles.
1 lb. Sausage 9 cups milk 3/4 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp salt pepper
Brown sausage. Add flour, salt, and pepper and toss to combine. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly at medium heat. Bring to a boil, cook until thickened. Serve 8-10 with your favorite biscuits or waffles.
