To glaze, cook and cool ham, then remove skin and score fat. Some glazes are poured over fat and others are used to baste as the ham is cooking.

Brown Sugar Pineapple Glaze

Mix crushed pineapple and brown sugar to taste. Pour over cooked ham & garnish with sliced pineapple & cherries. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

Sweet Honey Glaze

Mix 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard. Brush over the cooked ham. Broil fat side up for 14 to 15 minutes.

Brown Sugar Sherry Glaze

Sprinkle fat with ground cloves. Brush on a mix of sugar & sherry to taste. Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cranberry Glaze

Stud ham with 2 dozen whole cloves and place ham in a deep pan. Combine 2 cans jellied cranberry and 1 cup brown sugar. Spread half of mix over the cooked ham. Bake at 350°, basting with some of remaining glaze. Serve the remainder as sauce.
